I have shrunk and my leathers no longer fit. :biggrin Time for some new ones. I planned on getting new leathers anyway.

good time to buy them mate, take you time and you can get some bargains, will keep my eye out for you, what size you after what colour? one piece or two?

i got these few month ago for 200 quid, second hand but as new not worn, couldn't believe it when they turned up they looked like they just come off the peg

Fit is superb too

Alpinestars Octane one piece, they do a two piece as well

Me being impatient (I couldn't believe how patient I was searching for a new bike.) ended up getting the RST Pro series jacket, RST Slice trousers. Sidi Cobra goretex boots and ordered some Alpinestars 365 gloves. Apparently the coppers love 'em.

I have bought them too small on purpose. Let the weight loss begin (tomorrow)

I tried on the leathers and they are far too tight. No I'm not sharing that photo lol - Talk about motivation to stop eating sh1t though!

The gloves are being ordered.

A full report of the quality, comfort and general useage once they fit

Here are a few photos.

I like them boots. I have the Sidi Vertigo Gore tex. Good boots but some of my velecro stitching has started coming apart at the flap that goes across the top of the zip. I need to give them a good clean as I have never cleaned them in 2 years. They are still nicely waterproof though.

I bought them for two reasons 1st the ankle protection as I cant afford to break my ankle again otherwise according to the surgeons they will not be able to attach it back on and it will be fused :eek2 and second the Gortex. I am a BIG fan of Gortex.

Funny the way you have sat the leathers in the chair. so when does the diet start.

I'll keep an eye on the velcro then. Cheers

As for the diet, not really doing one, just changing the way I eat really. 3lbs gone already but it usually drops off when I first start. Your body holds a lot of fluids when you don't eat right. I really need to break the 13st barrier. :problem: Although I have once or twice this year, I can't seem to keep below it. Wish me luck :)
