As you all know, i have been looking at several storms, I noticed some text from another ad too.

Evidence

He uses "BE ASSURED THERE ARE NO SCUFFS OR NIKS OR DENTS IN THE PAINTWORK AND THE BIKE STARTS AND RUNS BEAUTIFULLY!"

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0784478794

He is either a lazy cnut or doesn't have a storm at all and is scamming.

Nice one for reporting it.

That post makes more sense here. You have a good point about it possibly being a scammer especially as the phone number has been used.

But copying bits of text from other listings is not uncommon. I have done it myself, a bit from here, a bit from there, and then mince the words up a bit. It's like when people write articles or make music. Snippets can be taken from other places.

I've taken stuff from official websites for the product I'm selling before, but not from another bayer. Never thought to really.

How did you find out lee? Did someone call you about it?

Purely chance. I've provisionally sold it anyway, but taking nothing for granted, I decided to have a gander as to what else was selling and for how much. Saw this and started reading............

the ad has been removed
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
