new and improved, i have question marks about it tho, it looks like a late registered early model, the decals/indi's cut he goes on to say its got an update in 2001 to a digital dash/hiss/bigger tank and so on, but from the pics its the old dash.
he's either badly imformed or he's trying to pull the wool over the buyers eyes.....

Yep. It's better than copying from the manufactures website as anyone researching anything before buying will check that anyway and will think you have just copied and pasted. Ad's come across better when it looks like your own words Don't get me wrong I don't copy stuff exactly but mince it up a bit and change a few words and add some stuff of my own as well. A bit like remixing a song.
