well I spent today from 7 am till I estimate 10pm at work!!!!!!!!!! but did all the partying on Saturday and sunday!

you already saw my cake in the "pimp my cake" section but the party was just as good. we celibrated my 50th birthday, our 25th wedding aniversary and my wifes 10yrs after breast cancer all in the one occasion, so we threw some money at it and it has to be one of the best parties I have been to

Saturday ... Live covers band in the local hall, pig roast, bar and 130 family and friends [OK I admit they were not all my friends, I dont have that many!!].........caught up with mates I havnt seen in too long, got drunk, made a speech that made people cry, danced to everything from ABBA to Nirvana [including some good slam dancing much to the shock of my Mum and neighbours!]. back to my house for more drinks once the Bar shut and got to bed at 4am.

Sunday.....a few of my old Scottish mates stayed back and we all went to see Stiff Little Fingers in Wolverhampton for their 35th Aniversary. I was knackered so told myself that I wouldnt go down the front, but as soon as the first song was on I couldnt help myself and spent the rest of the night in the mosh pit with my mates 2 teenage sons and my youngerst daughter....I think one of the lads has a broken nose!!!! kids today dont even know how to survive a mosh pit!!
