Did any one go to the Harley stand and see the Forty Eight?

7.5 litre tank.

And we complain about 16 litres

Didn't bother this year and last year I only went to get some haggling leverage when buying a new helmet. Mad les went last Sunday and he said it was quiet compared to last yr, so it might well have been the lowest turn out ever.

I normally wait until February and go to the Excel show, that's normally good and has a nice mix of older bikes and bit's for them for sale.

My mates went last sunday too and said it was quiet & crap....... 1 hour and 20 mins to see the lot!!!!
Ive got the chance to go tomorrow and meet up with some of the lads from the Suzuki X7 forum, but im not sure im going to bother, i think its going to be an expensive day out, £25 to get there & back, £20 admision fee, £10 to park the car..... £55 to go and see effectivley what i can see for free at my local bike dealers!!!

I went and wasn't that impressed either. Lots of accessories companies selling luggage, cheap clothing, paddock stands etc etc but not all the manufacturers of bikes were there and the ones that were did not have all the models?? I went to look at a Harley XR1200 (the flat tracker one) and some dirt bikes but most dirt bikes were off road not road legal no flat tracker and little off road road legal bikes apart from KTM and Husky. Lots of girls with spray on body suits with fake tan walking about and food prices were astronomical. My lad bought a tail pack for his 125 scooter and some ankle boots and I got some Draggin jeans and some t-shirts :) Got there about 10-30 and on road driving home at about 1-30pm all done.
