well..... i worked it out 4k for gen parts but they say they get massive discounts being a honda dealer...
but theres still a lot of bits broke.

they asked if id be prepared to use my fuly comp cover, but ive got a 600 quid excess so as theres a 3rd party involved id rather wait.
itd be different if it was peak season like.
thing is, 3rd party will only pay 60% damage whereas the fc will pay upto 80%, so theres a good chance theyll cat c it.

if thats the case ive told them i defo want the bike back cos to replace the damaged nose and left fairing, translogix dash, gilles rearsets etc with a used left rad and top yoke, with bst wheels and a castrol paintjob comes in just under 3k.
so tbh id rather have it back wrote off and a cheque, then i get my dream bike.
not bothered about resale or keeping it original.

not 100% ready for riding yet though and im concentrating my efforts on rebuilding the firestorm how i want it so no rush
