i have progressives front and rear and its perfect even 2 up

i got wirth prog fork springs on offer for 70 from wemoto
(hagons £80, hyperpro 116 but that includes oil, kteck about 100)
and a rear progressive spring on the standard shock is a beltin mod - handles superb.
£80 from ftr suspension.
also helps if you drill out the holes in the damping valves to 1.2-1.5mm
you will find the preload and damping adjusters actually work lol!
no more wallowing in bends and bottoming out under hard braking!
