thats a pretty bike  , but i found them a little uninspiring tbh ,

i suggest getting a few miles on one if your thinking of buying one , it may suit you perfectly (and thats what matters) but felt a little bland to me , i tried to fix where honda went wrong with the hornet 900 by making my own

on the plus side itll never break  (the hornet)

I've had 2 600 Hornets and 1 900 Hornet.

The 900 Hornet is a fine bit of kit, its comfy, mild to ride and better on juice than the 600's weedy little tank, but the problem is the monocockle ( hope I got that right ) frame, and this is why they kicked the crap out of the engine in terms of power, the frame cannot handle the power of a full blown blade powered engine so sadly you're going to have to put up with a fireblade engine street bike with the fire taken out of it, or some serious tinkering to get it to take a full powered engine, which just wont make sense in spending amount.

I wouldn't buy another CB900F Hornet unless it was dirt cheap, but people think they are worth more than what they are.

If I wanted a street bike I would rather do it to my blade than buy a 900 Hornet, atleast you wont feel that you been short changed on power

I had 3 900 Hornets between 2003 and 2008 with a pair of cans, power commander and a change of rear sprocket for a few more teeth they are OK. Best naked bikes I have owned are KTM690's for fun
