Exactly that Kev. I haven't been doing much for a couple of months and put back on half the weight I lost. It's been the same trend over the past three years so no biggy.

I am starting "Insanity" on Monday though. working out 6 days a week for 60 days.

I wonder how many of you will watch the whole vid. I did

Creepy perv. Putting on half the weight isn't that bad, you've still lost more weight than you've gained. Losing weight isn't easy, it's still impressive nonetheless

i hope to have it end of feb . but until then i will drop the oil and put some new in as that will help for now

thanks for the offer but a new one is needed

I have a spare one in my spare engine if you want it. You don't need to drop the oil if you do the work on the side stand, and you can reuse the coolant
