I've also wondered if Vara's have the same problem ??bluestoesonnose wrote:Just a thought whilst we're all thinking about high miles and CCTs. I know quite a few Vara owners who's bikes have done well over 100,000 miles on standard Honda CCTs. Perhaps Storm CCTs fail due to lots of low milage runs and not getting enough oil splashed onto them? Ok, the Vara is in a lower state of tune but there has to be something in it?

I do know Honda had a CCT update for the Varas early in their life, the later ones don't seem to fail according to the the forums...
