Fuel tank swap?

Hi,
I have a 98 storm and would like to get hold of a post 2001 tank to increase the litres.
Will it fit? cheers

Yes it will. Try the search facility for more info. A few people have done it.
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...

You will have to be lucky to find a 19l tank over here. If you do the swap and are using the original clocks (non digital) with the fuel low light. Make sure you swap the sender unit inside the tank over. The later ones have a float to work with the digital clocks/fuel level.

and a new 19ltr tank will set you back best part of £500, was looking today 8O 8O

£500 :Shock1: There's a nice little earner for someone who's good with metal. A niche market. Buy 16l tanks cut and splice a bit of metal in to make them bigger. Prime, paint & lacquer. Roll on the ££££££££
