Isn't there stupid rules on the new restrictions though? you can restrict any bike to 33bhp, but on the next stage (47bhp) you aren't allowed to restrict it if it more than halves the stock bhp? ;P

Dunno what the new regs are, but if you can get round everything from MOTs to bike tests by just borrowing yellow bodywork, they'll all be averting their eyes, weeping & retching
