Fitting Manual CCT,s
hi Can anybody tell me if there are instructions how to remove auto CCt,s and replace with the Kriger Manual ones pls that i can print off and follow. Regards Paul.

Mark should have included instructions, but this is how to - remember to cable tie the camchain so it can't jump off the sprockets!

Removing the old Honda auto's.
If fitting manuals there is no need to lock off the original ones just alternate between the two mounting bolts and undo a bit at a time, before completely undoing them give the end of the cct a tap with a ratchet handle or something to break the seal where it's stuck to the paper gasket, then undo the rest of the thread alternating between the two so it comes out straight.

And yes cable tie the chain to the sprocket as it's a good extra precaution to take in case your timing is slightly off. One on each sprocket should do
