It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Having the dimensioned drawing to give to the person making it is more likely to lead to success than a pretty picture.callam_nffc wrote:not had chance to do it today so will just take my haynes manual to work tomorrow, cheer lads
Good plan.

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

If you can cut it with snips it'll bend/twist when you try to use it.callam_nffc wrote:the person making it is yours truly with a piece of sheet metal and snips/file lol

Just like the one that comes with the Honda tensioner. It will give it a more original feeltony.mon wrote:If you can cut it with snips it'll bend/twist when you try to use it.callam_nffc wrote:the person making it is yours truly with a piece of sheet metal and snips/file lol

Can you just copy it onto stiff cardboard and use that?AMCQ46 wrote:Thereis a picture in the stopper mod thread near the end

Re: locking key picture/dimensions
I think the ones that come from Honda are about 1mm thick and that is too thin. They do the job once but after that they are a bit twisted.
