I'd be on for this as fuelling and fiddling around in carbs is an area i know wombles all about so good learning opportunity all round

I think that one benefit of doing this on mass, is those who need/want to fiddle can use the settings of bikes that show good dyno results, and seeing as we'll have all been on the same machine, the results will be comparable across the board. This will, to a point, negate the need to fiddle on the day, and save the associated costs of doing so. Although even if you're looking for a solution for your own bike, I still think your bike should be tested on the day, just for comparison purposes.

Exactly what I'm thinking , with a totally stock set up (I assume) it will be good to compare, get the wisdom of others and then have a start point to go fiddling in my own time should I wish, without a Kev of any sorts anywhere near.

Hi all I can push the boat out for around a tenner or so, may have to blag a sub for coffee & eats would be happy to pay up front as others have said only to be fair to the dyno bloke.

The results will be very interesting to see how much difference all the various mods make.

Will depend on date as I have to work on some Saturdays. Will confirm as soon as date is set.

Lloydie, maybe an idea to get Mr. Dyno to suggest some dates, I'm thinking a Sat in May/June. Gives us something to aim at and people to put it in the diary.

This could let us produce a very detailed and extremely useful chart for owners to cross reference. Not to mention it could possibly save a few quid on dyno time. Stick it on the Workshop Knowledgebase, jobs a good'un.

Would be handy if someone would record all the details on the day.......... wouldn't it Virt
