Nice pipes Marty

Kev, you need to get some of those heatshrink wrinkles out, looks like old age has hit your oil cooler pipes, or your pet python has escaped

Well me and lloydie paid young Virt a visit today...he didn't look too frightened but always kept his back to the wall just incase

If he does make it to the dyno day, I can vouch that he makes a good cup of tea

New front pads fitted & cleaned all the crud from behind the front sprocket. What a sticky mess.

The rinsed it when I got back to get the cr@p off it.

Came up against a Jag XKR-S today and he wanted to play and I was shocked when it turned out that I couldn't out accelerate him from 50mph when we both went for the overtakes. From 3rd and redlining each gear we were dead even, but he kept feathering the brakes in the fast bend so I will class that as a win for the bikes :D

Just had a look on the web and I am not so depressed, the car is rated as capable of 0-60mph in 4.2 seconds and has 542bhp And can reach an electronically limited top speed of 186mph.

Carl a dyno test using both exhaust will never show the same as the standard headers favour the lhs .
If it ran one pipe per head to get front and back af mix so you can see what needs but it don'tthe standard headers are linked so no need for the other probe .

Could have sworn you said a tea lloydie, sorry :( I shall make note for when you jump on me at my next place

As said had a visit from two elderly men to kindly lend me a locking key for my CCT's. also ordered new forks for the hornet, ones from an old vfr750, and had my first ride without a pillion in about a week. Feels so nice pulling off and being able to out accelerate cars again because of the lower weight and not having to worry about them falling off the back. Hit my 95 limit all too quickly though. :( the day I get to rip these buggers out the hornet (and VTR soon) will be the greatest day of my life :D
