stuck right baffle

Post by callam_nffc »

Dear right baffle,

Please will you finally give up and come out? Haha

The left is all sorted, just got the right one to the point where I can move it back and forth easily, but it won't actually pull out, as if its catching on something

Any tips?

Bigger hammer, longer drill bit, more brute force.
Or just buy cans.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Walk away from it have a cuppa & a fag or a beer & fag.

Go back clamp it with a pair of mole grips on the spout then just give it loads of in & out as fast as poss, it will weaken the weld & eventually snap.

Remember in, out, in , out, snap it all out.

I've knocked it on the head for the night as it was getting dark, will have another swing/kick/stab at it in the morning lol

I think the pull push as quick as possible method needs to be employed, how is hitting it with a hammer going to work? Its already completely free, can even revolve it 360degrees, just won't come out

Yeah but whacking it won't make it bigger will it? Or am I just being thick :confused

I could do with a 8 inch or more narrow chisel to bash away at it with lol

Hitting it with a hammer will send shock waves to it and weaken it some more :!:

You pay want to put a bit a twisting action into the in and out push pulls.
