nope
the carbon is the bottom layer, so with the letters/numbers cut out of the white top layer of vinyl, the letters/numbers will also be carbon effect, its all in the detail, dear watson....now watch me ferk it up when i fit them.....

We all want, We all want

I'm sure those pipes could be made reasonably easy enough. What's the diameter of the main pipe and the smaller link pipes in the cross section Seb?

i've wrapped them and boxed them up now mate safe for the pick up but i'm sure mark given his skill with fabrication work would take some digital verniers to them at some point

You can't it's Mac & Frank Acme Industries Corp Patten no. 108438765276. Unintellectual property rights ect balh ect blah.

Nah I just copied the idea from other stands I'd seen.

If you have the Blackbird stand the foot prong is ridiculously stumpy, about 1/3 the length of the Storm one.

Feel free if you want to copy it.

I started off by grinding the bobble off the B/bird stand to give a flat area, the side that is on top when stand is up.

Next I took a bit of steel rod that I had & ground one side of that flat just the length of the width of the stand + the prong so it had a little step to butt up against the end of the prong.

Then holding it in place against the stand in the up position marked the rough point for the bend.

Took the stand back off. Steel rod in the vice add some heat via a blow torch played about with the angle of the bend until happy with it. Then cut the rod to length & ground off the flat on the non prong end so that it all fits nicely.

Me neighbour welded it up for me with his tig welder, let it cool, coat of paint jobs a good un.

Carl it is so easy to get ya foot on, makes a world of difference.

If you check out plowlive-uk through find a member, their location is China. I've had Chinese levers on mine for three years now with nothing worse than fading of the anodised span adjusters. All good for £25. Despite a lot of folk predicting problems with them.

Re-tightened the clutch on the hornet earlier. Engine was still pulling strongly even when I had the lever pulled up against the handlebars!! Made changing gear horrible
