Never seen that video before. What a nutter. Least he knew how to handle the bike but that is still besides the point, one small thing could have made that a whole lot worse. Never ridden the road myself but it looks like a nice road, not at those speeds though.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

It can be done them roads are the fastest lanes around here and they are nice and wide .
130 is easy on the storm down them

I was thinking that something must be exaggerated there as it showed 170ish on his dash at one stage. It got thinking is this for real, maybe if it was John Mcguinness.

i was thinking more on the distance / time compared to the speeds displayed.
look at the scenery going past. sure there are a few bits where he's well over a ton but nowhere near the indicated speeds.
170 even looks & feels fast on a wide autobahn or track, so on them narrow roads the scenery would be a blur if it was a true speed.
look at footage of the tt and you will see what i mean, compared to this.

i can set my speedo healer to display 300% speed if i wanted to, so at 33mph it would read 100mph!

tbh i think it would be amusing to post a youtube vid showing speeds like that, get it flagged and reported, then let it go to court and call an expert witness who can prove the actual speed :Ball Kick:

PMSL

You have a point about the speed of the scenery, and film normally gives the impression of faster speeds than actual.

Must admit the little bit of it I watched didn't look right. The closing speed on the vehicles and passing scenery looks wrong for the indicated speed.
