When will they learn??? You'd think it'd be nice for her to have you at work with her  . I've been in theatre for the last couple of years, so have pretty much seen it all. Mixed reaction from staff. Saw a mortician last night as I was warming up the storm to head home. I made some joke about him following me & wasn't that what "his type" thought about "my type". He replied with "I ride too"... 8O

Hey! Don't put us all in the same basket! There are a few of us who wouldn't dream of having a man without a bike!

My girlie is a nurse and she has no probs with me riding. In fact I can't get her off the back and she often just picks up her helmet and waits for me to notice it's time to go riding :D
The only time she looks at me in horror is when i think of selling the VTR and getting the Triumph I've always wanted, a Speed Triple. :D
Then, my best mate is paramedic and he looks at my bike in horror, no matter what gear I'm wearing. Townsville has a supposedly high bike accident rate and not normally the riders fault.

Sparky750, I can understand the bike coming first. Toys are forever. :D

Like an old mate of mine says,

When it comes time to die, the man with the most toys wins. :D

End of last year his three bay shed was stuffed with a Falcon XY and a Holden one tonne ute being restored, a GSXR1100 being fitted for drag racing, a Hayabusa drag bike and a getting very lonely KTM 620 supercomp, plus bins of misc car and bike parts. He drag races for a living at the moment, a very cool life. Oh yeah and he's single, no place in the shed for a girlie. :D

Any one interested in bike drag racing in Australia, his web site is http://www.australiandragbike.com.au

He's just started it up so it is a work in progress.

How about it. You can be my toy anyday with a chicky opinion like that.
Come on, your a nurse, Im a sailor. A match made in the movies I'd say.
I'll even meet you half way on that long and dusty road................... 8)
