Post by oldbikeman »

Hi
Anyone know what a 180 rear weighs? Post Office weighed my Conti Motion at 14.5 pounds.Seems rather heavy.

it varies from one tyre to another

I know one selling point of the Michelin 2cts is they don't weigh much and therefore help turn in speed etc (apparently)

I beleive you meant the Power Pures.... they were claimed to be lighter (up to 2 lbs for a set) than the competition......

The PO charged me £16 to post a rear which is bloody steep,I am doubtful of it weighing fourteen and a half pounds.
