Honda Britten to Lap the TT

Nine-time Isle of Man TT winner Bruce Anstey is set to parade one of the most iconic racing motorcycles of all time at the 2013 Classic TT Races – the Britten V1000.

Anstey will parade the machine as part of the Classic TT Lap of Honor on Monday, Aug. 26, as part of the inaugural Classic TT Races.

i had a black and red one but it didnt look anything like that... i think that ones got a rickman fairing on not the proper one.
and mine had wire wheels,
fast as fook it was lol, even 2 up!

(but with spoke wheels!) they were only about 70bhp but christ they flew!

wombles hell, look at that screen you'd have no problems tucking in behind that. :lol: I see Britain is spelt correctly on that one. That would probably be worth a small fortune now. Amazing how bikes have evolved when you think about it.

Britten is spelled correctly on the first one Carl, it's the blokes name...

i would have loved to see this britten in the flesh couldn't get to the island this year
watched a documentary on this bike and its amazing what he achieved in a garage with a diy attitude

:lol: remember when that bike appeared, bloody ages ago now. Didn't the guy die before his time and I guess Anstey is riding because they are both from NZ
