would a storm keep up with it in the twisties???leevtr wrote:If I said its the fifth one I've owned, you get your answer. Only problem is lack of wind protection, but that just saves your license. 0 - indicated 155 in one gear. Mods....only if I can pick up a used PC3. Last one I had made 127 at the wheel ( full system, K&N, custom map )or 119 without the downpipes, but tbh its good enough as is.lloydie wrote:nice .
what do you think of it lee
Would still like my old storm parked next to it though.

missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

A mate has got a CB13 same colours, I've serviced it for him for the last 7 or so years, it's got 70,000 on the clock (very clean, looks like 10k) and he's off to Spain on it this week (he has a ZZR1400 too but touring on the CB), I rode it a couple of months ago and it feels like new. It's got Akra full system with the can cut down a bit which looks better and no louder than before, also has a PC3. Good bikes.

1. Who's on the Storm.
2. Who's on the 1300, and...
3. How many unnecessary mods were carried out
