Post by Watty »

Anyone any recommendations to which fairing lower to fit for good fit and quality? Any comments on pros and cons? Only a thought at the moment! Got lots of things I want to do over winter, until then just want to ride the wheels off it :D Cheers

Whichever lower you decide to get you may want to get some heat reflective foil sheet for the inside especially towards the rear as it can get a bit hot and melt some lowers.

I will testify to that one, mines got melted and having to repair it, fibre glass patch and mesh to reinforce the damaged area.

Lower fairing or bellypan, the best ones are made using fibreglass.

He's a link for the Skidmarx bellypan:-

I have a Powerbronze as well. The only thing that is not so good with them is being able to read the oil level in the window. I ended up using a cone cutter and making a hole and fitting a grommet in it.
