Nodding to other bikers

Post by T8ull »

Since I got my Tiger 1050 I notice that I get very few nods. :(
But when I ride the Firestorm I get loads. :D Can other bikers just nod at anything on two wheels, as if only they knew whilst riding the Tiger I do actually own a Firestorm as well. Think I going to paint in large letters on the front of the Tiger......my other sodding bike is a Firestorm!

T
.........So far, so good, so what!

+1.

I also nod at some leathers if they're wearing textiles/leathers/either jacket and a set of jeans if they nod first, as they made an effort and its rude to ignore. Mopeds rarely get a nod because they're cocky little 16 shits who think they're indestructible and are convinced they can beat me off the line... :lol.

I haven't been beaten off the line yet ! Not when I've actually agreed to a little drag at least. beat a DB9 or something on my last ride out about a week ago or something :D only to 60 though. They took off like sh1t off a shovel after that and I lost them

Nine times out of ten I give another rider a nod mostly when I'm out of the city. Bikers seem a lot more friendly outside the big smoke and out on open roads.
