send deposits to me via paypal - £10 gets you 1 dyno run and a bacon bap / cup of tea
can we have an update on those who are attending........even though you wont get your deposit back [sorry that was the deal] it would still be good to know who is turning up when.
I will be getting there about 10am and will pay up the £120 which covers teh 1st run for all those named above, and plan to stay till about 3.
if you want more runs they are £10 each and you can pay on the day
My plans are to test the current baseline - new engine, DR Honda trumpets & BMC road filter, then I want to go back to std trumpets, them back to STD trumpets & filter.
so I will have a good selection of tools with me if anyone is travelling a big distance and rather than lug all their own kit wants to borrow some feel free.
Oh and I will need to borrow a STD filter, as I must have given my spare one away at some point

Re: Dyno Day 22nd June 2013.
I have a standard type hi flo filter you can use if you want unless Lloyd has one to save me lugging it all that way. I shall also be bringing a selection of tools, A/F screwdriver, carbtune balancer, I may even buy a can of carb cleaning spray to bring with me. And the way I feel right now, I think I shall bring some Nurofen plus (my leg's throbbing, OW, achee achee
) I have just got back in from a long hard ride.
Work I am planning on doing is as follows:
Get my baseline, see where it's at currently. With my BMC Street filter get it spot on, so however many runs it takes. Then once that's done I would like to chuck a standard filter in and do one last run.
My plan is, if I get it set up with the BMC, that can be my Summer set up (more air flow) and when it comes to Winter, the Weather will lean my carbs off. Cold air and fluids are denser, therefore the particles are packed closer together = more air leaning things off
So If I just chuck a standard filter in (less airflow) this should counter balance it and richen it back up. Hopefully....if i'm lucky, it wont require any major changes and will run good without having to mess around with the carbs again. So basically I can just hot swap the filters over for either Summer running or Winter running. I shall have to see how it goes
O' and this is with two standard long stacks. I originally wanted to get it set up with my Dr Honda copies, but they are out of action right now
I'm waffling now, my pain killers have kicked in, a grin has crept onto my face.

Re: Dyno Day 22nd June 2013.
Ill plan to get there early, 9.30-10ish and ill be poised with my quorn sausages!!
I've got a BMC street filter in so ill do a baseline run with that and the baffles out to compare to a run with baffles in (I have a feeling it makes a difference so I want to prove or otherwise!) then ill throw the K&N in to compare / contrast. No major tweaks (unless the A/F can do with it) but will be interesting. First dyno run since i widened the main air jets as well. That's suppose to boost top end. Feels strong on the road but sometimes Dyno doesn't always agree!
Sounds antisocial but can't stay too long as ill be getting back to Liverpool for a family get together (wont see the missus & kids for another 2 weeks due to work commitments so she wants me back! Grrrrr).
