I think it was running lean from what kev said I will take the front cam cover off tomorrow and have a look and see the coralation between the 2 cylinders. Im hoping it is the timing in a way so I can sort it myself otherwise its going back and I will be in the market for another storm or maybe an sp1 lol

From rear compression TDC with cam lobes as described by Carl yu should be moving the engine 1 and1/4 turns and the front should then be at TDC compression with both cams up but pointing up and out.

If it is the cam timing then adjust by 180.
And here lays the problem because if it is 180 degrees out the front will have cams pointing up and out as normal. It looks correct. This I think is why even some Honda mechanics get it wrong.
