Today I had my first proper physio session the appointment last week was just a pre treatment check to talk about what needs doing & take some measurements of the angles ect.

So last week it was measured at 40* from straight, I have been doing some exercises including holding a 1kg weight & just letting it hang down rather than 'pumping iron'.

Before we started today it was checked again & was at 35*...''That's good, now lets see what a little jumping up & down on it can get...hahaha..''

After some gentle pulling, pushing, grunting, twisting, hurting, mild under breath swearing, cracking, popping & creaking the real fun began...

Bloody hell on full extension it did smart a bit, but nothing a real man can't take...unfortunately he wasn't there today, I was, so I had to endure it.

At the end, about 15-20 mins checked again & it was at 20*...''Very good...stop crying now...see you again on Wed's for more of the same...''

At home now & yes it does hurt but not too bad & it is noticeably straighter than before so all good.

Get me Elbow sorted & then in four weeks when the cast is off start all over again with me wrist, which I can foresee is going to be a whole lot more painful...

wrap a bit of cling film around it. It should make it splash proof and cut down on the stains a bit too.

Too late for that ! Anyway operating cling film is hard enough with two hands...try it with one slightly wonky non dominant hand...
