Does anyone know how much it costs for one rider and bike to go by ferry from Heysham to Stranraer?

None of the above show ferry from Heysham to Stranraer. I guess that means they don't do them apart from via Belfast.

They link via Isle of Man with a No. 8A bus journey across the island - Why don't you give them a telephone call and get a quote.

So you can go from Heysham, Lancs to Douglas IOM by ferry, then 8A bus to the next ferry to Larne in N. Ireland then change ferry to get to Troon in Scotland then ride 60 miles south down to Stranraer

or as suggested ride direct the 177 miles from Heysham to Stranraer.

Heysham to Stranraer overland according to Google 177 miles. Or in Vtr terms 2 tanks of fuel :lol:

To be fair, unless you have a good reason to go to Stranraer, it's a bit pish...

You'll have more fun by turning right at Castle Douglas (A75>A713) and blasting past Loch Ken up towards Ayr.

I had the idea of missing out that boring M6 haul but maybe he ferry would be even more mundane 8O
