Mr Pineapple has the same issues as yourself. He struggles to find clothing that will fit. I'm surprised that they don't cater for the larger person. Not good really.
There are clothes shops that specialise in selling clothes for the larger ladies, so why the fook can't motorcycle clothing manufactures do the same. Do they all think we are the size of Japs.

Re: Why riders dont wear gear
i can understand in a way why they don't make the large sizes as it would cost to much to cut all sizes up to my size and there are moor 32-38 than like me 46 around the waist belly a lot bigger
. the thing is there are some manufactures out there that do make my size but then they are way to heavy in the heat
saying all that iv been wearing normal cloths on bikes for so long now it would defo feel odd if i did start wearing bike gear now![Thinking ](./images/smilies/icon_think.gif)

If you wear mesh gear, its not much different than none temp wise. I race in full gear at 103*F (39.4C) and you really get used to it. Spending months recovering from skin grafts is way harder to get used to.

i have tried mesh gear under my jacket but the thing is i have to many lumps and bumps as it is and these mesh things give you moor lumps and bumps than the welsh hillsSmokinjoe73 wrote:If you wear mesh gear, its not much different than none temp wise. like stated on here before it is each to there own and i would rather feel good on a bike than come of it due to being restricted with all the gear and no idea sort of thing
