Just bought one from ebay and hoping it will fit without any complex modifications.

you may just need to swap the end cover and gear over m8
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

the part number for the starters are different but the o ring seal to the engine is the same and so is the brush sets so dimensions must be similar, probably wont have too much trouble fitting it by the looks of it.

good luck hope it fits straight in :thumbup:

aye youll be fine, just if you have to swap bits over you need 10 hands to put the brushes back in lol

Honda Hornet fitted a treat. Bolted straight on. Needed a couple of washers on the bolts but otherwise a perfect fit. Works a treat. Big thanks to Wicky for the heads up on that one. Average cost of storms starters with pp on ebay £90, average cost of hornet starters with pp £15. AND the hornet ones are less corroding. Me well pleased with Wicky.

I believe the Blade ones fit also & cost £20 up

I put one on mine off a blade alot cheaper than the storm ones
