And yes, the contents is the same as for the VTR with very few differences... The shock spanner is angled totaly different from any you'll find in the average hardware store... That and the sparkplug tool is the two that are hard to replace with other off the shelf tools, as they usually won't fit the narrow hole...
Re: c spanner
Well... The tool to adjust the suspension really isn't a "C spanner", but a much more odd shaped one, with a bend that most such that are "universal" doesn't have... Without it, the angle once you have it in there makes it impossible to turn... So I'd say it's OEM or skinned knuckles... But that's just me...Stratman wrote:Machine Mart sell a C spanner kit for bikes.

Also a shot of WD-40 can make it easier to turn the adjuster.... and the shot is for the adjuster, not you.....
But I did always hate the stock set up as there was never an "easy" was to make adjustments though YMMV......

Re: c spanner
Even with t e C spanner fro the toolkit it can be a nightmare. Sometimes a drift and a hammer works well, especially if slackening off the spring. If going the other way then get the back wheel and weight off the suspension as that helps.
