Hagon customer care

Post by thumperslaw »

Pretty poor if you ask me!

Brought shock to have it put back to standard (was 30mm lower) and emailed them saying how much. Well email back saying £157!
Well after getting a Email from seller on here with them quoting £99 all in!

Sent them a copy of Email saying about price and how come it's jumped up in price

Nothing back  That was over a week ago :Argue 1:

Poor customer service, you should phone them to query it...

But stay calm, try PRELOADing with a calming cup of tea before you call...

I have always found them to be very good - in fact, always ready to SPRING into action.

Maybe they didn't get the email. I would have thought that a phone call to them was the simplest way to get an answer.

True...

Don't get into a compression about it... :sad2

In all seriousness Thumper, Hagon are a fairly cheap brand & I would have thought because of that they are quite busy...

Phone them speak to someone rather than an e-mail which may not be seen by the right person if at all...

Call 1st thing in the morning, take a gamble on someone being there at 08.00 & keep ringing back every 10/15 mins until they answer.

Cheer up, you'll bounce back don't let it Dampen your spirits...
