Re: indicators
More to do with the lhs switch gear .
Try a little squirt of wd40

Re: indicators
But if you intend on stripping the switchgear down, be careful and watch out for springs. As lloydie said try a squirt of WD first otherwise you may have to look at taking apart.

Re: indicators
I agree with Lloydie, I had a similar problem with mine when I first bought the bike, the indicators were intermittent and I simply sprayed contact cleaner in the swith gear.

Re: indicators
It's not too hard to strip the switch, mine was erratic too. Strip sown over a bowl/tub to catch anything you may drop, or find "ping out"' Contact cleaner and a good rub with a cotton bud, the WD40 - and they're fine....

Re: indicators
If stripping down yes wd40 to begin with as it's good at cleaning but also put some Dielectric grease in there or Vaseline will do the trick.

Re: indicators
Oh please for the love of god stop saying WD40... It has got nothing to do at all near electronic switches, or contacts... Contact cleaner then dielectric grease.... NO WD40 unless you want to repeat the issue over in the near future...
