Re: Much hassle with breaking a bike up?
Best advice I can give you is do a spreadsheet and list EVERY part and give that part a price based on what it usually goes for on ebay etc.
Then you will get an idea of how much you can potentially make.
Then factor in postage costs and your time wrapping and posting stuff.
You will be left with a lot of parts that wont sell but if you have a place to store them I guess that aint a problem.

Re: Much hassle with breaking a bike up?

Re: Much hassle with breaking a bike up?
Why not just sell the tail and put it back to standard. Surly that is a whole lot cheaper and less hassle. If you was to get another Storm to take a pillion then you would be best to keep things like the rear shock.

Re: Much hassle with breaking a bike up?
Ah now thats a possibility... See what happens on ebay, its at 1220 with a couple of hours left and not expecting much more tbh, 1400 was the minimum id have let it go for but don't think it will even reach that

What happened to the ebay link for this? Did it sell?
Seems a shame to break it. Would be perfect for me in 6 months time when I sell the blade.
