180 55 17 is best you can squeeze a 190 on but will mess up the handling and it will square off faster .
I had 2 190s on mine in the time I've had it and both times I've wished I stuck with 180s .
But you may like it as some do so a 190 50 17 is the biggest you can get on there without fitting a 6" rim (6" rim cbr1000rr 08 can be made to fit easy so I've read )
Oh and if I was you try a race scrub first it might save you a lot of money ,
