they are standard but could have had "stopper mod" done. If previous owner can't answer what's been done suggest you change to manuals ASAP

no bits needed, but you have to check and see if the 2 inspection covers on the generator cover will unscrew. if not you will need to employ brute force and heat till you get them off.!

the only other tip is to let the tank get empty before you get to my house as it makes removal easier

I just had a read about your "Nano-meets" following the link in your signature. sounds like you do a similar thing to what we do with our workshop days  ......except it is easier to get 10 bikes onto my front drive that 10 cars

as there are a few new members in the midlands now it might be worth me expanding your stopper mod session into a workshop day near to the end of Sept

That would not be a cracking idea, we have run the nano meets for 4 years now and the feedback we get is wicked, as you say 10 bikes would be easier to accommodate, I have a cheeky 2 car garage if needed, missus dependent of course :)

this is what we did last time, but this was started by Tony.mon in Kent, so is his idea and he needs to take the praise

Looks like a very good day was had by all, the only issue we have is the freeloaders coming getting work done then leaving to never be seen again, but hey ho we still have fun,

Make it so they have to bring something in return for the fabulous service you, apparently, provide at workshop days
