Hard at work today

Went into work today .made a brew got the jobs out of the way ,then finished off putting this back together its an 1984 atc 200es my boss used to play
around on .10 years ago with his son ,just had to try it out for old times sake :D

Love those old ATCs, we used to have the 110 version on the farm when i was 15....had many hours of fun on that...thanks for bring back those memories :D

:confused what's the difference between 2 wheels or 4. Quads are just as bad, look what happened to Ozzy. I think they should be kept for the flat planes but if you want to go riding over the dunes or hills then get either a 2 wheeled off-roader or a roll cage.

Aye but try going off road down hill, they want to go down on the front wheel only, and they don't have a front brake. Lol .

Aye, remember these when I was a lad on the farm, they don't like turning corners as I remember! 8O

got to admit it must be 30 years since i last had a go on one of these :eek2 soon got into the leaning off for corners ,then the arm pump started lol
the minds willing but the body is saying otherwise ,never mind round 2 next weekend :D

Well... As I remember it they turn just fine... It's the staying upright they had issues with... :D

They had a solid back axle so to get them to turn on the road you needed to get it on 2 wheels (lifting the inside wheel!) or drift it, otherwise you when straight into the wall :lol:

The trikes where better than the quads as you could lift the front end over ditches much easier, but you always had to make sure the back wheels were square to the ditch because if they hit at a different time you could flip over sideways :o
