what have you done to your "bike" today
Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
Just checked your profile to see your location (as it doesn't come up on my tapatalk app), I see you're into RC planes and drums, good man! I have quite a collection of both.
There seems to be a few aftermarket discs on eBay quite a lot cheaper than EBC & Honda. Not sure of quality though. Certainly worth considering if some aftermarket discs are actually worth the money, like you say pads aren't cheap!
The discs are boxed up ready for Tues morning, hope they get to you before your 10 day window. Should do!

I flew for years, got a bunch of planes still but not flown for a couple of years, too much time and mooney on bikes! Still got a petrol 30cc MX-S in the shed if anybody fancies it!
Budget storm gradually on the road to spangliness.

Try going to your local park, running at around 15.2mph and then flap your arms vigorously!Ckennedy wrote:

Lloydie, do you see the program by James May? It was on telly last night, where he builds a glider?
I brought a cheap glider for recording video, please excuse my stupid looking face, the doctors tried to sort it out but they said it was unfortunate I was dumb when the wind changed! http://youtu.be/x_7v84BpTJw
Matty, I've just finished building a 2-stroke 30cc 3D Hobby Shop Extra330C, it's the best plane I've ever flown!

No I didn't see it :-( what was it on ?
I built a powered low wing double dihedral 4 channel glider once that thing was extremely stable But slow and it would track the thermals all on its own ! I crashed that one too (tried to loop it )

I fly foamies... Easier to fix once I cra... Eh... Land them...
Doesn't really apply to the ducted fan jet type though... Last "rough landing" meant I scattered the parts over a half mile blast zone... The largest surviving part was half of the receiver... Ho hum, back to building...

£66 plus shipping, and with the knowledge of a three year old you will be able to put it together and fly it... Might bounce it off a few items to begin with, but it's about as indestructible as it get's really...
It floats like a sail plane so once you get it 6+ feet up, you can let go of the sticks if you get flustered and it will right itself, and it has the prop on the upper rear, so you won't destroy it on a bad landing...
Pretty much beginners heaven... And when you do smash it, hot glue it together... I learned my nephew to fly on one... We counted 63 times we glued it together... Still flies to this day...
