In what way. Is it popping and spitting.v loud on the overrun
on a shut throttle it bangs and pops quite a lot but not on reduced throttle so probably normal for unbaffled. Is repacking easy enough to do? No idea how long they have been on for so might be an ideacybercarl wrote:On a serious note, It might be the tone, not the volume that is the problem. They may need re-packing.

Easy enough with the right kit, minimum you need is a drill & a rivet gun. Always use a new drill bit.scoobie_sore_paws wrote:

and for your neighbours early in the morning, you just need to make sure you are ready to go before you start the bike and dont open the throttle till you are at the main road
