vtr marketing?

ive never seen this before. goes on a bit but quite good. I guess it was a marketing vid for the Japanese market

3 out of 4 people make up 75% of the worlds population.

Is it me or was that rider hitting the rev limiter every time he got close to the camera !

Strange!!! Starts off dreamy showing off the Red Storm then onto a Silver one riding the roads around Italy which does not gel with the bike at the beginning. Anyhow what's wrong with Japans roads :lol: and then back to Japan for specifications.

Could it be they were in Italy trying to have a dig at another brand known for its big V-twins of very similar engine layout?

I was struck by how stationary the bloke riding the bike was. not exactly putting a lot of effort in !

I knew they had some restriction, but not that bloody many. 8O 8O Sod living in Japan. :eek2

Whilst watching that vid I found something different to ours

It's a side skirt between the frame and air box .
Don't know if its for noise reduction or emissions or even to reduce heat spread .

Well spotted. Looks like the airbox may be a slightly different shape too, more of a slope. I wonder what the skirt is for.

yep, my thoughts precisely. Probably some countryside roads that are the approach to bologna, stormin' the castle so to speak
