
Got the pilot screw adjustment squared away after removing the bottle from the airbox.
Ended up going in 1 full turn to get her to run correctly. Of course then it's looking at the system and trying to figure out why?
The best I can come up with so far is by removing the heat, that the crank case gasses were pumping into the airbox, you now have denser air which is creating a stronger signal.
At least it sounds possible to me. The extra volume and removing the "clutter" also helps but it is a rather big change and you wouldn't expect to need to go leaner when you up the airflow.
I also added 1\2 turn of spring to the forks after last weeks "spirited" ride... So right now she is close to perfect...... well at least for now
