Went for a short bimble and ended up at poole quay. Had a cup of tea, and had a good old chinwag with some fellow riders. Also took in some of the sights you see when the mrs aint about. Will be fitting my new supersprox on soon. Then my set up will be 15/42. great fun!

Haven't actually done anything to the bike as such but went for a ride about earlier and stopped at a bike shop for a drink and sit down... Have now started my list of things to do to my bike over the winter. Found these on the bargain table, new and un-used £10 No idea what they are off but know exactly where they will be going :P
