anybody tried this crazy setup?

Has anybody tried those filters on VTR?

I know it sounds crazy, I know I will need re-jetting, but I firmly beleive that some kind of mod to get rid of airbox or at least top of it possible (don't ask, it is all about installing 22 liter VFR tank )
So, what do you say - if I will remove lid from airbox, will it be hopeless to get bike to run well? Or - if I will install these sctrange thingies?

Wasn't there a french company making a new filter panel that ran without the top of the air box ?? I'm sure thers a thread on here some where about it

yep, thanks for that...I read it before and completely forgot about it - good call! (I mean that japanese website)...

For a french company - yep, it was actually me who posted it while ago

problem is - they still run with lif of airbox, but they putting 2 big stacks right through it...which left me wandering - why do they do it?

then I found that it is SV on picture...for Fstorm they just listing foam filter and 2 new jets
