That's crazy!

I hope the people in the car are ok, 50+ dudes vs one car = bad form. :(

There's nothing I like more than to go out for a sneaky early morning ride, at a decent pace, when there's nothing on the road. It's like my stealth mission to reach sports riding nirvana, meeting up with 100 other dudes and stopping on the motorway nearly hitting each other and revving the valves out of my bike and starting fights with cars would SUCK!

What's with the chrome German helmets??

And I agree... Nice elbow

Horrifically intimidating of the bikers, I would have done exactly the same as that driver! I would have been getting the flock out of there!

The thing that worries me is the fact they stopped filming at that point, does anyone know the outcome cos he looked like he was about to be dragged out of the car. I would have already been in reverse by then getting gone, moving car versus bike, car always wins, stationary car versus 200 bikers, no contest!

Very worrying!

The paper says lacerations to his face and body which to me a laceration suggests knives.

Could be from glass, that window exploded, and safety glass is not safe as anyone who has ever picked up a handful of it knows!

That's very true. I think the threat of guns being a possibility puts a whole new perspective on things with States and Lee is right that we can't judge the right actions so well. I wonder what would happen other here if there where that many bikers riding all over the lanes and surrounding cars like that. Would it even happen over here under normal circumstances. It would get picked up on CCTV so would Plod be on the scene quickly or even other members of the public get involved. I Noticed the White SUV soon drove off out the scene.

The scary thing is that we tend to follow the trends in the States by maybe 5 -10 years behind them. We never used to get street gangs like we have now. How long before they get bigger and start hooning around in large groups on mopeds or whatever. We already get small groups and then there are the odd few that will smash and grab jewellers and things on bikes.

That sums up my feelings, this lot cover the group I listed as #1 in my list of things I hate about biking

Those guys on bikes were total and utter scum.
I wouldn't even call them Bikers... just pricks on Motards and thrashed sports bikes.

Seems they are all heros in a pack.
I'd like to see them try that one on one.
From the footage it looks like they went out looking for trouble... Brake Checking a car to start it (common thing). Pity the RR didn't Brake Check the 3 bikes riding on his bumper.

Had that RR been an unmarked Cop Car.... I'm sure the reaction would be different.

All this has done is make life harder for normal people that enjoy motorcycles..... As if bikes don't have a bad enough stigma as it is.

Shame he only mopped a couple of squids bikes... I was hoping for more!

The police said that they were ready this year and that a series of checkpoints in Manhattan and Brooklyn prevented the bikers from gathering in large numbers.
They didn't do a very good job of that then.

It's seems this is quite a common thing then. LArge groups going out on the rampage. I wonder how many of them have been nicked and if they will do time or get a slap on the wrists.

I think the Suzuki dirt bike with what seems no Rego or lights sums up the group mentality.

So is this "The Bikers Code" someone mentioned in the "What do you hate about Biking " thread?
