So all has been well for the BMW until it got a miss fire
I've replaced just about every thing
Fuel pump
Ht leads
Fuel reg
Fuel injectors
Exhaust
Coils
Relays
Air flow meter

Now all that's left is replace wiring loom.

On the other hand I brought nice speedo and tyres for it
