two options on the trailer, this one you can put her in it to give you room to move:

although looking at the old bike and guy i recon this might be long gone as a company

or this:

put the bike on it, tie it to the back of the car and she can take the kitchen sink....providing you have a car i spose.

the rack should be fine but i think it will fail eventually over time, if you carry the kind of stuff i did like tents and luggage.

No one puts me in a trailer.... were going camping and we all know about
men and camping all that equipment they have to take. things like tents, sleeping bags,ect.
