Yes & took them off as they make little difference IMO & some say there is an issue with your bars being only 50% clamped to the forks.

I lent my set to someone & then he sold the bike & I never saw them again...TBH I wasn't bothered... :lol:


Got mine 2nd hand for £25 I certainly wouldn't pay that much for them.

Options are later model Storm bars which are slightly higher or VFR bars again higher. Failing that flat bar conversion is the way to go.

Bill Boardman on Facebook's Honda VTR 1000 Firestorm owners!
Billet top yoke conversion for firestorm very easy to fit no drilling required simply remove standard clipons and slide this one down over the existing top yoke and clamp it using the pinch bolts then fit the handlebars of your choice

i have a set on mine and i think they do make a difference, i certainly prefer mine with them.
my mate has a set fir sell to fit a 2001 storm for £30.. if anybody wants them.
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!
