Aftermarket Exhausts
Hi folks, I'm new to the forum and new to the Firestorm but I certainly have no regrets about buying one it's brilliant. Unfortunately the left exhaust can has rotted through where it joins the collector underneath the bike. For cost reasons I am intending to buy a Beowulf stainless system amd wondered did anyone have experience of this brand? If not I will post a report when I have tested them.
Welcome on board Alistair, sorry I can't help you with your exhausts, I not familiar with that brand, where abouts are you located
Chris.
PS. Just done a little research! This must be the boy's

Welcome to the wacky world of Firestorm UK (Australia, France, Belgium, USA, etc).
I'm based in Leicester and always up for a meet/ride out, so feel free to contact me. There's a few other Stormers in the Midlands as well, so maybe we could organise an end of season ride out.
We have at least one national ride out a year and it looks like there'll be a social in Southport in October (see other threads).

Hi
I've never heard of Beowulf exhausts, but if cost is a consideration then you might want to have a look at this thread in Sales+Wants. I'm not too far from Coventry either

Unfortunately my wife is off to visit family in Ireland that weekend but if that should change........VTR1000KAZ wrote:welcome aboard Alistair and welcome to the firestorm too... best bike ever in my honest opinion!!!!! ( even tho I ride an Aprilia RSV mille at this moment in time, but It will hopefully soon be being sold to get me another storm!)
We are having a social meet on the 29th October in Southport, so if you fancy coming along then feel free to post in the thread.

Thanks
Many thanks to all of you for your suggestions particularly Ian for the tip on ebay. Found a Viper system, brand new, £160 chuffed!
