Aftermarket Exhausts

Post by alistair59 »

Hi folks, I'm new to the forum and new to the Firestorm but I certainly have no regrets about buying one it's brilliant. Unfortunately the left exhaust can has rotted through where it joins the collector underneath the bike. For cost reasons I am intending to buy a Beowulf stainless system amd wondered did anyone have experience of this brand? If not I will post a report when I have tested them.

I'm in Coventry which, for those of you who dont know, is in the middle. Being in the middle means I can go pretty much anywhere in England for meets or rides. Do people from this group organize socials, rides etc?

Welcome to the wacky world of Firestorm UK (Australia, France, Belgium, USA, etc).

I'm based in Leicester and always up for a meet/ride out, so feel free to contact me. There's a few other Stormers in the Midlands as well, so maybe we could organise an end of season ride out.

We have at least one national ride out a year and it looks like there'll be a social in Southport in October (see other threads).

Hi

I've never heard of Beowulf exhausts, but if cost is a consideration then you might want to have a look at this thread in Sales+Wants. I'm not too far from Coventry either

We are having a social meet on the 29th October in Southport, so if you fancy coming along then feel free to post in the thread.
Unfortunately my wife is off to visit family in Ireland that weekend but if that should change........

A mate of mine bought a Beowulf can for his thundercat at the begining of the season, he seems very happy with it, i'll try and get a progress report from him and let you know.
