Time of year helps when with bike insurance at your ages well virts when i had my silver storms early 20s was much cheaper in winter than quotes in summer :thumbup:
Who pases there test in winter :?:

That would explain a lot chric! If I went on the storm when my insurance renewed it was 3.2k tpft, waiting till my 19th reduced it to £365fc. I thought there had to be more to it than age, the fact it's winter now might be it :thumbup:

And I passed my test in October. Winter riding is fun :lol:

Mine comes up for renewal 15th Dec, but tax runs out end Nov, so once the tax runs out it will then be off the road until I've got it running with a lot of new parts and a few finished projects.
But the advantage is that my existing insurers tell me that because my insurance will be more than a month form the renewal date I'll be able to get new business customer discounts- result.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Thats a factor of it but i had somet like 7 years ncb and summer quote was double and a bit more f*cking stupid to be honest

I know right! I have no intention of crashing it, especially with that excess :lol:

I don't think I will be any time soon, unlike the Hornet it actually works... Phenomenally too :D
